To all the ancestors and descendants on these days when they are near:
To the Ancestors --
Thank you.
May you be freed from suffering.
May you be healed of all wounds.
May your spirits find wholeness and joy.
Forgive me.
You are forgiven.
You are blessed and beloved.
For all those coming after --
Thank you.
May you be happy and free from suffering.
May you heal from all wounds you encounter.
May you find wholeness and joy.
Forgive me.
You are forgiven.
You are blessed and beloved.
