Sunday before church, one of our retired clergy folks asked me “What’s tweeter.” So I give him a quick summary of Twitter, what it is, and how people use it. He has a family member in serious condition in ICU and I guess a group of them had been trying to figure out how to be kept up to date on her condition. After my mini-lecture, he thanked me and said, “Well, you sure do know what Twitter is.”
Don’t know if he’ll get hooked up, but monitoring the status of someone in ICU would be a great ministry application for Twitter …
